• Managing the Product Management team in charge of Orange account (Europe and MEA) with 2 product managers.
• Definition of the LG mobile portfolio strategy for the Orange Account with Korea/European Product Planning, R&D.
• Quarterly official roadmap presentations of the product strategy to Orange Portfolio Teams (100 people)
• Set up of the R&D development priorities for Orange business (technologies and key improvement)
• Managing all technical RFI answers from Orange.
• Customer follow up and product improvements (Operator feedback, Focus group).
• Definition with Orange teams of Orange Tailor made customizations for LG products.
• Active participation of Orange - LG Top Management Meetings (twice a year), presenting Product& technology Strategy.
• Main Orange contact for any news product directions and services. (LTE, Services, Tablet, RCSe, Hotspot 2.0, NFC, ect.. )
Achievements:
• Boosting LG market share from 3%(2006) to 18%(2009). (Value above 450M€ a year)
• Special LG awards as Best account team in the world for performance in September 2009, outperforming all
other accounts in volume , value , marging.
• More than 30 products listed at group level in 4 years, with several group Orange best sellers.
• Several MoUs signed about key strategic topics. (Mobile TV, UMA, Social Network, Android, Application Shop)
• Ranked #1 account management team by Orange many times (Performance review).
• Concept Initiator and active contribution to a worldwide best seller product (KS360)

• UI + Services Orange customization for all LG devices listed by Orange group, including
breakthrough products like : Viewty, KF700 embedding the first HD mobile with Orange TV player ,
LG Secret : the 1st 3G UMA device with HD TV player, Optimus 7 the first windows mobile 7 devices in the shops)
• Conception of successful Orange Tailor made customization for LG (Orange seller Cookie 1.3 M in 2009)
