    ISS Hygiene Services Belgique, filiale du groupe Danois ISS, est une société de services couvrant l'entièreté du territoire Belge grâce à 4 filiales, elle compte +/- 80 personnes dont 13 commerciaux.

    Grâce à la création d'une équipe motivée et engagée dans ce projet, nous sommes parvenus à restructurer et redynamiser l'entreprise et ce faisant amener le résultat d'exploitation avant impôts de 4 à 15 % du Chiffre d' affaires dès la première année.

    1991 - 2002 Pendant presque 12 années, j'ai travaillé pour le groupe Fabricom/Tractebel, incorporé de nos jours au groupe SUEZ Environnement.

    Secteur en pleine expansion, j'ai eu la chance de pouvoir réaliser différentes missions chaque fois que la situation le nécessitait.

    Ces changements réguliers (+/_ tous les 2 ans) imposés par un groupe en perpétuelle mutation m'ont permis de développer nombre de compétences en exercercant des fonctions très diversifiées allant de la Direction d'unités d'exploitation à la Gestion de projet (projet IT) tout en passant par la Coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et le Contrôle de gestion.
