En résumé

Mon expertise repose sur plus de 15 ans en logistique dans le secteur automobile dont 3 ans sur un projet "greenfield" à Shenzhen en Chine.

Que ce soit en tant que chef de projet, manager méthodes ou responsable logistique en usine, j'ai développé une culture du flux très imprégnée du "gemba" (terrain) avec une approche "client" permanente.

Fort de cette vision globale, je maîtrise tous les enjeux lié à la définition, la mise en oeuvre et le pilotage d'une supply chain optimisée en termes de coût, de performances et de qualité de prestation.

Je finalise actuellement mon Executive MBA à l'EDHEC Business School désireux de poursuivre mon parcours dans le Management de la Supply Chain.

    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - maintenant Missions :

    - Guaranteed success in new gear box process line implementation
    - Participated in workshops industrial objectives definition
    - Validated technical choices and logistics solutions proposed by the project team
    - Fulfilled middle term industrial plan objectives in cost, quality, schedule and performance.

    Achievements :

    Applying Lean Manufacturing and Just In Time principles on the new gear box industrial project
    - Reduced Lead-time by 20% and stocks nominal levels by 30%
    - Developped kitting, pile delivery and kanbans solutions, and
    - Gained 20% manpower vs previous organization
    - Divided investments by 50% vs first estimations

  • CAPSA - Shenzhen (Chine) - Production Control & Supply Chain Manager

    2011 - 2014 Member of the mechanical plant Board
    Managed a 15 person team (1 executive, 3 engineers, 1 team leader, 10 operators)

    Missions :
    Implemented « greenfield » PSA best know-how for engine plant in China:
    - Consolidated plant master plan
    - Supervised engine projects development. Evaluated IT system needs (ERP/MES), defined production schedule and planned follow-up, set internal flow organization and customer deliveries, including intercontinental flows.
    - HR: recruited and trained R&D and operational teams.
    - Manufacturing: executed lean management tools (KPI, 5S, 5Why, AXJ), steered daily management board with supply chain teams.

    Achievements :
    - Defined the Manufacturing and Information Flows Analysis ; new reference in PSA Group for mechanical plant
    - Developped inovative internal solutions ; pile delivery, fixed lots kanban, sequenced parts
    - Set a new ERP/MES system for the plant
    - Let the "keys" to Chinese collegues, fully autonomous to run the plant

  • SEVELNORD - Lieu St Amand (59) - Logistic Methods Department Head

    2007 - 2011 Managed a 20 person team (2 executives, 10 engineers, 8 consultants).

    Missions :
    - Implemented industrial projects and deployed lean manufacturing applications
    - Coordinated efficiency and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Hoshin),
    - Optimized mass production logistics cost.

    Achievements :
    - Set the Apolo Project in Sevelnord Plant ; CAPEX 10M€
    - Developped an innovative storage solution for PSA Group, as test plant before worldwide application
    - Gained 5€/vehicle on logistic costs (Transportation & Packaging improvements) ; i.e. 600 k€/y of economy
    - Gained 10% manpower by leading SW&K workshops in logistics
