    Ensure customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. Implement and flow-down quality requirements applicable to A380 program activities. Ensure the application of the relevant elements of the Division Quality System. Maintain quality metrics to measure the performance of A380 processes. Prepare input data for Management Reviews. Manage Non Conformity Quality Analysts based on Airbus plants.

    Act as Program Documentation Manager.
    Responsible for coordination of the review process for customer process documentation. Develop documentation (instructions / forms) supporting the A380 program, in conjunction with Labinal and Airbus teams.

    Targets achieved : 70% decrease for LABINAL claims responsibilities (from 57178ppm to 16607ppm). 30% reducing for claims leadtime treatment (from 10 to 7 calendar days). Customer satisfaction and gratifications.
  • Safran Labinal - Non Conformity Quality Engineer

    2010 - 2011 Management of customer claims (EUROCOPTER). Analyze of root cause with 5M and 5Whys methods. Implementation of curative, corrective and preventive actions (answer on 8D report).
    Internal audit (process, product). Poka yoke implementation. Technical procedures definition and preparation.
  • Georland - Manufacturing Engineer

    2008 - 2009 Manufacturing support (quality, costs, delay). Deployment of KPI. Process analysis and improvement.
