Olivier has over 14 years of experience as a consultant in the management of information systems, in Belgium, France, and England. He has acquired a broad knowledge of IT management through many projects, either in advisory assignments (IT maturity assessment, IT strategy definition...) or transformation projects (IT financial transformation, large ERP implementations...). He has worked for a variety of industries, but has a focus on the Financial Services & Insurance sector.He leads the “IT Effectiveness” service offering of our Technology Advisory Services team. He specialises in assisting IT organisations to improve their alignment with Business needs, manage and deliver Services and become cost efficient. He has a particular focus on IT Financials and Performance management, with strong references in IT planning & budgeting, costing and chargeback, reporting and dashboarding.
