    Colombes 2011 - maintenant The launch of the next generation Fusion Applications is key to Oracle. My role is to drive demand generation and sales success for Fusion Applications in the mid market across Western Europe.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Lead Fusion Applications sales success across all product families (CRM, HCM, SCM & ERP), across target Industries
    • Define and evangelise the benefits and go-to-market approach for new Fusion Applications product lines
    • Ensure enablement to internal sales teams and partners
    • Participate in pipeline generation, deal cycles, sales & customer support
  • Oracle Corporation - Director, Midsize Applications Programs

    Colombes 2007 - 2011 I am leading the Oracle Accelerate program in Europe. Oracle Accelerate is Oracle's go-to-market strategy to drive applications sales in the small and medium business market. This programmatic approach aims to drive software sales through a program allowing Oracle's business partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa to create and market country and industry specific solutions for the mid-size companies.
    This program delivers, through Oracle partners, industry and country-specific solutions accross the following product lines (eBusiness Suite, JD Edwards, Siebel, Peoplesoft, Agile).

    Specific responsibilities include:
    - Business planning: identify market potentials and select appropriate partners
    - Partners on-boarding: recruit Oracle's partners within the program
    - Build and Review: assist partners in delivering high value solutions in creating marketing collaterals, effective sales presentations, references,...
    - Go to Market: planning and executing go-to-market activities (generation campaigns, press release,...)
    - Measure and Harvest: track and report wins and references to HQ

    80+ partners from 19 countries accross Europe joined this program.

    Colombes 2001 - 2007 As a Project Director at Oracle Consulting in France and Switzerland, my job consisted in:
    - Providing engagement delivery services.
    - Identifying needs, develop, influence and implement proposals.
    - Leading and participating on large/complex ERP implementation projects.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    - Influencing Demand in generating bids to ensure they reflect realistic project delivery
    - Reviewing bids to ensure a thorough understanding of the client requirements·
    - Producing Project Plans that outline the Project/Program Management processes and include estimates, a quality plan, key deliverables, resources required, roles and responsibilities, risks, issues
    - Driving the implementation of the Project Plan
    - Providing leadership, motivation and direction for the Project Team - Directly managing the performance of the Consultants on the project.

  • Marks & Spencer - Assistant Financial Manager

    Paris 1995 - 1997 As an assistant financial manager, I was responsible for the weekly and monthly financial reporting of the department stores, and in charge of all the IT systems. Under the management of the regional financial manager, I was managing the financial team (from 3 to 7 people). This consisted in planning resources, recruiting staff, performing evaluations and appraisals and training plan. I was also responsible for defining ands applying store policies and procedures like due diligence or theft and loss.
