Plant certification follow-up (AIB Gold Standard, IFS, BRC, and SQMS) and work with the business units in Europe to ensure the link between the customer needs and the plant capabilities.

HARNES2004 - 2007Management of a Lean Pilot in Canada during 1 year prior to develop & implement the roll-out of the Lean methodology for the group with the support of an external Lean consulting organization. Deliver Lean workshop in all regions (Canada, US, South Africa, India, China, Australia, Europe/GB and South America) and manage Kaizen events in different countries. Support Lean tools implementation (Plant Roadmap, VSM, Visual management, TPM, 5S, etc…).
