  • McCain Alimentaire - Directeur Industriel CE / Manufacturing Director CE

    HARNES 2015 - maintenant Manage the manufacturing operation in Continental Europe (6 plants in France, Holland and Poland). Accountable for the manufacturing performance on SQDC KPIs, the TDC improvement as well as the productivity results.
  • McCain Foods - Directeur Usine

    HARNES 2012 - 2015 manage a production site with 230 employees, an operational budget of 18 M€ and an investment budget between 2 to 4 M€/year. Accountable for the management of the Total Production Cost for a site producing 185kT finished product/year. Accountable for delivering the Key Plant KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment using the Lean methodology. Major projects managed:
    • Increase the plant capacity from 4 to 5 shifts operations
    • Implement of a new dehydrated potato flake line
    • Implement SAP on site
  • McCain Foods - Directeur Qualité Europe

    HARNES 2009 - 2012 Manage a team of 14 employees and an operational budget of 1.2 M€. Accountable for implementing a robust Quality management system on 7 manufacturing sites in Europe (France, Belgium, Holland and Poland) plus 25 co-manufacturers. Plant certification follow-up (AIB Gold Standard, IFS, BRC, and SQMS) and work with the business units in Europe to ensure the link between the customer needs and the plant capabilities.
  • McCain Foods Limited - Global Health & Safety Director

    HARNES 2007 - 2009 In Charge of the Health & Safety program for the group worldwide (56 sites in the world). Accountable for implementing a robust Safety management system in all regions (Canada, US, South Africa, India, China, Australia, Europe/GB and South America). Develop and implement the Health & Safety communication (Target Zero). Total incident rate reduction by 70% in 2 years.
  • McCain Foods Limited - Global Lean Manager

    HARNES 2004 - 2007 Management of a Lean Pilot in Canada during 1 year prior to develop & implement the roll-out of the Lean methodology for the group with the support of an external Lean consulting organization. Deliver Lean workshop in all regions (Canada, US, South Africa, India, China, Australia, Europe/GB and South America) and manage Kaizen events in different countries. Support Lean tools implementation (Plant Roadmap, VSM, Visual management, TPM, 5S, etc…).
