Automotive Structures is an Operating Unit of Constellium (staff 10,000), providing lightweighting mechanical solutions
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Management of the engineering team: project leaders, lead engineers, numerical simulation engineers, CAD engineers, prototype shop
• Co-responsible (in relation with the Management Team) for the achievement of the plan (new projects acquisition, industrialization, serial production continuous improvement)
• Responsible for the new products design
• Responsible of the R&D/innovation program and of the mechanical skills
• Responsible of the OU Intellectual property
• Coordination of the global engineering in link with NA and China
