En résumé

Ingénieur Centralien avec 11 années et demi dans les achats techniques, projet à haute valeur ajoutée, je travaille sur des projets internationaux où la langue contractuelle est l'Anglais et le droit applicable est la common law UK.
La négociation et la rédaction des contrats sont réalisées en Anglais.
Le panel fournisseurs est principalement européen (Allemagne, Italie, France, UK, Pologne, Slovaquie, Espagne, Belgique, République Tchèque, Lituanie et Estonie).

  • Cnim - Responsable Achats Stratégiques

    Paris 2012 - maintenant Steam Turbine and Condenser Strategic Buyer at CNIM (on going) (design and construction of energy from household waste plants and biomass power plants) for the purpose of EPC projects in UK and in France representing 6 turbo-alternators purchased and 4 air-cooled condensers, 1 water-cooled condenser and 1 cooling tower within three years.
    Settlement and follow-up of a "partnership" relationship with major actors in the Steam Turbine activity and in the Dry Cooling activity.
    Negotiation of all commercial issues and contract terms, follow-up and coordination of all technical issues and clarifications.
    Preparation of contracts in English according to French law and according to UK common law.
    Reporting and proposal of selected suppliers.
    Contractual follow-up of realisation of those long term purchase orders.
    Completion of litigations with suppliers.
    Development of partnership with those suppliers implementing trimester meetings in order to solve repeated project issues.

  • Cnim - Project Purchasing Leader

    Paris 2007 - 2012 International Project Purchasing Leader at CNIM for the purpose of the three following EPC turnkey projects:
    - 2007 to 2009: Thumaide in Belgium (36-month project delivery time, 20M€ purchased), project specificity: necessity of an important part of local subcontractors.
    - 2009 to 2011: Jersey Island (28-month project delivery time, 15M€ purchased), project specificity: logistic of shipment to site, English is the contractual language.
    - 2011 to 2012: Lincoln in UK (33 month project delivery time, 15M€ purchased), project specificity: English is the contractual language, UK law and regulations are applicable (CDM, Health & Safety, British Standards). In 2011 we, our UK legal counsel and I issued the first revision of the general terms and conditions applicable for our subcontractors on UK projects.

  • DGA Ministère de la Défense - Project Purchaser

    2004 - 2006 Project Purchaser at DGA (Ministry of defense, French navy programmes)
    - Purchasing feasibility studies for armament applications with DCNS, THALES and others – 10 M€ purchased.
    - Follow-up of the contract of construction of the European frigates « Horizon » with THALES.
