  • Renault - Purchasing Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2011 - maintenant • Direct Management of 6 Commodity Buyers in France and Spain, in charge of sourcing, industrialization and mass production monitoring of Powertrain mechanical parts (plastic injection, Casting parts, mechatronics…) – T/O 650Mo€.
    • Financial and Technical performance management (“Total Delivery Cost” improvement) of over 30 suppliers in close relationship with project & engineering teams. Achieved global cost reduction 2014 = €40M.
    • Follow up and set up of supplier production facilities in order to secure procurement in mass production for all company plants. Achieved successful ramp up w/o plant shortage over past 3 years in a huge volume increase context including distress suppliers.
    • Set up and execute panel strategies per commodity within the Renault-Nissan Alliance jointly with NISSAN teams. Achieved 2 worldwide commodity panels (Air Cleaner & Charged air system) representing €300M/y.
  • Renault - Commodity Buyer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2007 - 2011 • Project development phase (Diesel engines): supplier sourcing (Diesel injection system & manufactured parts), industrial development follow-up from sourcing to SOP, production audits (France, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Turkey). Achieved major injection system sourcing for Renault-Nissan engine with double industrialization (Thailand and Europe) in 2011.
    • Mass Production phase: Technical changes follow up and negotiation (Quality / Costs / Delivery), commercial performance development (TO €250M/y), delivery performance management (shortage, supply conditions). Performed yearly portfolio cost reduction by 3% to 5% by leading and monitoring commercial and technical improvements.
  • Renault - Supplier Quality Engineer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2007 • Follow up and analysis of supplier quality issues on the biggest Powertrain production plant of Renault and Nissan Alliance (mechatronics & manufactured parts).
    • Quality Performance audits on production lines (manufactured, casting, machining, forging).
    • Set up Quality improvement plans on industrial plants and in multicultural environments (Spain, Germany, France, UK, Czech Rep, Hungary, Sweden).
    • Achieved Quality plant target on supplier scope with global result below 10PPM.
  • Valeo - Production System Engineer

    Paris 2003 - 2004 • Valeo Production System (VPS) roll out on automotive rear lamps production plant in Spain (JAEN): productivity analysis, 5S, production basics deployment, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production follow up tools.
  • Thales - Industrial Logistic planner

    Courbevoie 2002 - 2003 • In charge of follow up and preparation of internal logistic production plan for Head up Display range.
