Hello,
My name is Omar, I’m 33 years of age and I’m a father of a little girl.
I’m a designer trainer at Webhelp University contact center since February 2014. And Before that, Since March 2010, I served as a trainer specialized in French as a foreign language & communication at the same company.
Well, As shown in my resume, Webhelp is the call center N°1 in Morocco and this company operates in several countries in Europe (France, Romania, UK, Belgium) and also in Africa, my mission consists to train employees (customer advisors and even managers) and teach them how to improve their French and communication skills. (I facilitate courses in subjects such as: customer Care, marketing, the relationship quality, for exemple, how to succeed a warm welcome, diction, how to avoid linguistic interference, the rules of French grammar, management, how to deal with stress at work, how to avoid a conflict during a call & so on etc)
I also functionally manage a team of two trainers and a head teacher; I set our time table & schedule & also plan our actions in the medium and long term.
I monitor a course of training of language & communication during 4 weeks dedicated to the candidates who have failed their job interview and we give them a sort of second chance. (The bottom line is to assist the recruitment service to retain the best profiles with a very low TO) By the way, the contribution of our team was awarded at the annual convention.
I monitor a course of training for the managers and coach them in a program called supervisor best practices
Due to a lack of resources we can’t train frequently all the employees, so we develop a best practice guide & e-learning courses and then share it in our intranet to improve the language and communication skills of all the costumer advisers and managers.
Positive traits :
I’m assertive and diligent, I like to get the job well done & very quickly
My friends usually say that I’m outgoing, hard-working, friendly and a really team player.
Negative traits :
And like everyone, I have some negative traits & shortcomings, for example, sometimes, I’m little a bit meticulous and I attach great importance to details especially if I’ll send a report to a production manager of a business or something like that. (& according to my friends, I’m a little bit greedy)
Interests:
In my spare time, I work out in the gym and practice cycling the Sundays; this gives me good vibes and keeps me mentally and physically strong; it’s an effective anti-stress remedy that I recommend to my colleagues.
I’m devotee of classical music especially the great legends like Frederic Chopin, Dimitri Chostachovich, Tchaïkovski, by the way, I start to learn how to play Piano
