En résumé

Diplomee de l'EDHEC Business School (France) en 2010 avec un Master en Management, je possede une experience internationale et parle couramment l'anglais et l'espagnol. J'ai precedemment travaille dans plusieurs industries, notamment le transport aerien et l'industrie petroliere.
Actuellement consultante chez Pcubed, j'ai contribue a la mise en place de PMO au sein de programmes majeurs dans les telecommunications, et je possede de solides competences en gestion de projet. Mon experience professionnelle m'a permis de renforcer mes qualites relationnelles ainsi que mon adaptabilite. Je suis une personne enthousiaste, organisee, flexible et valorise particulierement le travail en equipe.

    Rueil-Malmaison 2010 - 2010 I actively contributed to the launch of new products and the implementation of the brands’ activation plan within the Ice cream department. I successfully organised PR events to promote the brand, and was head of project for the in-home sales booklet, dealing daily with various stakeholders (design agency, sales department and marketing team)

    2008 - 2008 Part of Schlumberger Singapore HR team, I was involved in the recruitment and training of over 150 fresh-out engineers and shop-floor employees. My good relationship skills were a strong asset to deal with this HR challenge.
    •Recruitment - organized interviews and recruiting sessions, prepared and negotiated job offers, conducted Schlumberger Personnel Induction to new hires
    •Training – organized Schlumberger engineers’ training
    •Personnel administration – prepared new hires induction packs

  • Air France, France - Head of Study for Press Offer

    2007 - 2007 I was in charge of a 6 month study on Air France Press offer. Starting from scratch, I gathered information from station managers worldwide, benchmarked Air France major competitors’ press offer, designed and conducted a customer satisfaction survey to analyze the clients’ expectations and gave recommendations to the Marketing Executive Committee to rationalize the company’s Press offer.
