    PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER of Berrouaghia Project (2x271 MW Gas Turbine Power Plant located in Algeria).
    Customer: Joint venture of SONATRAC - SONELGAZ. Investment: 150 M€.
    The project team was first located in Chennai –India- during the engineering and procurement phase, second from site in Berrouaghia –Algeria- during construction, and finally from Paris.
    Responsibilities: Schedule, reporting, cost control, risk assessment, preparation of claims.
