    2017 - maintenant Over the next five years, more than half of the growth of Mayoly Spindler will come from new products or countries. Mayoly Spindler Laboratories’ ability to prepare and carry out these launches is crucial. This is the aim of the newly created PORTFOLIO INNOVATION OFFICE including:

    • Strategic Marketing: to design and express the product portfolio of tomorrow.
    • Strategic Medical: to anticipate therapeutic paradigms shifts & to inspire the marketing strategy.
    • Business Development: to identify and negotiate external opportunities that meet the needs of the
    Strategy.
    • Project Management Office: to coordinate the preparation of the launches with all the functions concerned, while respecting the quality, the time schedule and the costs.
    • Marketing analysis: to bring analytical solidity to the actions of the Portfolio Innovation Office.
    • Medical Affairs: to interact with KOLs and support the Sales & Marketing Operations in coherence with the Strategic Medical.
