    Management of a team between 4 and 10 people. Subcontractor following on an ambitious software development platform for new mobile phones. While dividing by two the initial estimated project costs, this new platform is seen today as a key tool in the strategy of the company, providing a golden path for future developments.
    Achievements:
    - Built the Product Line Development comity. Today’s team involves 8 engineers in Le Mans, France, and 60 engineers in Mumbai, India (L&T Infotech).
    - Outsourcing contract write up (L&T Infotech).
    - Product strategy & delivery planning write up, definition and follow up of the milestones to achieve in order to coordinate and measure the progress of in-house and outsource developments according to the contracts.
    - Document the deliverables and deploy the releases, integration pieces and processes in accordance with component technology, business requirements, and quality control processes.
    Project Information:
     Iterative and incremental platform & framework developments.
     Fixed price budget: 250 mm / 1M€
     Budget consumed by L&T Infotech: 500 mm / 2M€
     Margin following the implementation of the outsourcing contract: 1M€
     Delay of development phase: January to July 2006
     Maturation : August 2006 to May 2007
