HR Director of TE Connectivity in France with over 1500 employees, across 5 sites and 15 Business Units, in a fully matrix organization, main missions :
-Define strategy and Proivde HR support for France
- Management of 23 people HR teams
• Responsible for design, implementation, administration and operation of large-scale human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels, focused on Talent Management
• Handle adhoc employee relations issues/concerns, and terminations (social plans, volunteers plans)
• Lead the development and implementation of Performance Management and Development planning procedures within the country
