2012 - maintenantAct as the key point of contact between the customer and the Company.
Liaise with external sales and internal departments as well as customer representatives, including purchasing, expediting, engineering and inspection personnel.
Be the reference point for all queries on on-time delivery and expediting.
Provide technical information as requested: Documentation and software delivery.
Handle the order, which has been handed over from the Company’s Order. Acquisition team, through to completion and cash collection.
Liaise with the Finance Department on credit checks on on-time payment, resolving any contractual issues or disputes.
