    6)Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression


    B) Training & Development (20%)

    1) Make training plan and target for training

    2) Select source to provide training programs

    3) Conduct the orientation training for new staff

    4) Support in-house training courses about soft skills for staffs

    5) Training for new staff about company's service, contract, the process working between candidates - company - clients.

    6) Evaluate the result after training and report to BOD


    C) Internship (10%)

    1) Make presentation for students at Internship Program

    2) Cooperate with Department managers to make the Internship plan

    3) Maintain and update the Student database
