Expert en lancement d’opérateurs telecom, j'ai démarré en France la première plateforme MVNE BSS (Espresso) a Capgemini Telecom avec Alcatel (Mplug maintenant), puis un deuxième BPO MVNE pour Experian pour l’opérateur Carrefour Mobile.

    Pilotage global du projet, Définition et mise œuvre des Processus métier, Déploiement en production.
