Provide HW support to customers on products of our LTE Access and Metro Cells LTE portfolio:This activity is related to deployments, HW upgrades, HW evolutions and any field issues during the network life.
Work with all the entities involved in solving HW issues (R&D, Factories, Quality, First Introduction, Program Portfolio).
Perform platform investigations and / or field investigations to reproduce the issues.
Propose action plans and fixes for a resolution on time in accordance with customer service agreements (SLA).
Participation to the new HW introduction process .
Actions in line to ensure customer satisfaction:
-SLA to be respected
-anticipation of escalation
-regular communication to customer interfaces and management
