    2015 - maintenant Member of the Executive Committee of the Business Unit

    Manages Governance processes of the Business Unit : Sales offer approval on a worldwide perimeter, with the objectives of increasing market shares, profitability, while keeping under control technical and contractual risks. Also in charge of the risk management process. Also responsible for writing BU contributions to mandatory reporting (annual report, compliance and ethics reports, etc…)

    Manages the « Sales & Operations Planning » process, aiming at increasing sales forecast accuracy and optimizing resources needed to deliver our projects on time, at the expected level of quality and costs

    Member of the Board, representing Areva NP, of 2 Joint-Ventures in Sweden and South Africa
  • Areva - Product Manager, Reprocessed Uranium

    Paris La Defense 2011 - 2015 Managed existing client portfolio and developed new business opportunities on this product line in Western Europe and Asia: elaborated technical and financial offers on various products and services linked to management of reprocessed uranium (annual revenus ~25 to 30M€).
    Participated in working group defining Group Strategy on this product line – WG involving senior management level
    Co-led partnership discussion with other major player in the nuclear industry in order to possibly develop shared optimized industrial chain and enlarge products and services offers to existing and/or new customers
  • Areva - BU Chimie - Directeur Stratégie et Prospectives

    2007 - 2011 Member of the Executive Committee of the Business Unit
    Managed international development project on BU’s core business (investment or partnership-type of projects).
    Managed BU Strategic Action Plan, in full consistency with Group and other BU’s objectives, and subsequent action plans. Defined and managed implementation of BU strategy on several of its product lines.
    Managed BU’s competitive intelligence activities. This process in particular led, during 2009, to fully re-aligning R&D programs and subsequent investment plans.

    2000 - 2007 Managed several analyses that resulted in assistance proposals to potential new clients in various industries (insurance, oil, alcoholic beverages, brown product retail…)
    Performed and managed several projects in various industries (Smart cards, energy, pet food, commodity chemicals, car, cement, mining, etc...) covering various functions (M&A studies, R&D, manufacturing, organization, sales & marketing etc…). Managed junior consulting teams.

    1996 - 1999 • Successfully introduced 5 semiconductor technologies in production mode, ensuring rapid ramp-up and high product quality while maintaining low production costs.
    • Managed multi-skill teams of 3 to 15 persons to solve critical process issues resulting in significant increase in product yield and reliability.
    • Designated as inventor in a patent application filed in Munich in 2000.
