We better build bridges rather than erect walls. I contribute to help organizations and corporates to develop new ways of doing business and manage the activities.     Saint-Denis 2016 - maintenant As part of a new challenge to improve business processes, I support and give help to head of quality management to analyze and define new more effectivness processes.

    Dans le cadre d'une ré-organisation pilotée par la Direction Qualité , mission d’aide à l’analyse, l'amélioration et la formalisation des processus opérationnels de Xerox.

  • Xerox - Rethic senior consultant: Assistant of Project Design Manager

    Saint-Denis 2013 - 2014 During fourteen months, I am involved on the new Kualua Lumpur subway project. I am busy full time in the XEROX team. I manage the description of the organization and the management of the project schedule in compliance to the particular requirements.

    I am in charge to describe functional processes in close collaboration with all Xerox teams: executives, project manager, bid, legal, quality control, design, purchase & procurement, mock up, prototype, manufacturing, product inspection, installation, test, commissioning, as-built folder, training, after sales, maintenance.

  • Rethic - Senior consultant

    Rambouillet 2013 - maintenant I carry out customer audits for Rethic. Main aims are to notice relevant and effective provisions and identify areas for improvement, according to a reference system or not.
    I suggest enhancements after one or many analysis and audit phases, in teams or standalone. I takes care of good interpersonal skills without forgetting targets and purposes.

    1992 - 2013 In 1992, I decided to propose various support services for corporate: resolution of technical problems, organization improvements.This gives me the opportunity to work with more of one hundred companies in many domain of activities, private or public. I collaborate on many projects in France or worldwide; Algeria, China, Germany, Morocco, Switzerland, UK, USA.
    Today, I yet lead these various support services with a stronger experience.

    From 1985 to 1988, I start working at Sextant Avionique in Crouzet technical microswitch Dpt. Then, I join for 2 years ITW ltd dealing with construction fastening system. From 1990 to 1992, I am involved in Tamrock team to achieve general purchases for tunnel boring machines.

    In 1985, I am graduated in mechanical and electrical engineering from the National Engineering School of Metz.Senior Consultant
