In charge of:
* Integration of Digital Television system
• Region : EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
• Project size : From $0.1M up to millions of dollars
• Customer samples : Canal Satellite, CanalOverseas, Telegeneve, MelitaCable Malta, 9Cegetel, Telekom Austria
• Project duration : From weeks up to months
• Manpower : Management of engineer’s team
• Logistics : Follow up of custom clearance of the goods
• Documentation : Responsible for contractual documents (Statement Of Work, Acceptance Test Procedure Plan, Project Planning)
• Billing : Follow up of the billing according to the project schedule
• System Integration: Working in collaboration with several companies such as France Télécom, NagraVision, Alcatel, ProBel
• Global coordination of subcontractors
• Maintain time delivery and cost according to the schedule
* Pre-sale activity
• RFP, RFQ response
• Responsible for integration cost ( manpower + expenses)
• Technical help to the sale force when presenting the proposal to the prospect / customer
* Post-sale activity
• Follow up of the accounts for bug fixing / upgrades / modifications
• Working closely with the support engineer force for post-sale activity
