  Optimize Service bag process in order to reduce inventory values (Green Belt project):
  Reduce service bags by FTE from $11.4k to $9.6k (-19%).
  Service bag process improvement: reduce physical inventory gaps and bad business habits.
  Communication of the new process and objectives to the service team.
  
  - Backlog (Green Belt project):
  Accelerate sales by reducing the backlog level.
  Coordinate & Improve process with order entry team, Demand group, Logistic, Field Service / Support define responsibilities by order type.
  Ensure support from senior management respective organization.
  Achievement (Acceleration of 400K$ prior to quarter end).
  
  - Automation of the North America incentives (+220 Sales & Service FTE, paid quarterly):
  Accrual (D+1) and net payment calculation (D+8).
  Automation of final performance report to each trade employees.

  - Corporate or CMG Initiatives:
  Support Hyperion (FRP) Implementation:
  Key users & Trainer for the Bioscience finance team.
  Development of a set of basic reports for the team.

  Develop and simplify the calculation tool for Tax credit / Define & harmonize methodology for Bioprocess & Bioscience R&D organizations.

  - Support the Head of Demand & Planning Group for Bioscience (Hervé Cassis):
  - Perform forecasting & closing activities for the group (16 people - $1.6M).
  - Control the WW Bioscience Demo & Service Bag Inventories ($10M: EU, NA, JAPAN, CHINA…) and analyze the variances.
  
  Develop Key Financial metrics:
  - Implement and standardize key-indicator metrics: across the company: on time customer shipment (OTCS) / backorder / inventory (DIO).
  
  - Develop GPS & Innovation metrics:
  Global ops: Plant performance, Inventory level.
  Innovation: New products reports, ECV / NPV Waterfall, R&D Time tracking.

  - Drive the annual mass pricing update for all Bioscience products (EU, NA and Japan):
  Harmonization of pricing within the Euro zone.
  Develop a set of analysis / business trends for the Marketing group.
  
  Direct support of the WW Bioscience Controller:
  - Develop various ad hoc analytical tools and dashboards (Reconciliation between financial tools).
  - Support the acquisition of Serologicals by updating the existing reporting and creating new reports.

  - Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports.
