    Rueil Malmaison 2015 - maintenant Evangelized and started up Data Center Lifecycle Services, a vendor neutral approach to Data Center Services. Initiated Data Center Analytics services and created a global Services Bureau: 24/7 network operating center, data scientists and a consultancy back office team working altogether.
    Delivered a double digit CAGR. Developed alliances and closed global deals with Strategic Accounts.
  • Schneider Electric IT - Field Services Development Director

    Rueil Malmaison 2013 - 2014 Managed the ‘recurring services’ business through the reorganization of EMEA & APJ regions. Managed funding to transform the technical training set up. Delegated Services Operations to better focus on the business.
    Increased revenue as per ambition, doubled the cooling services revenue and delivery capabilities, decreased training center opex.

    Rueil Malmaison 2010 - 2013 Challenged EMEA countries on CCO and customer satisfaction.
    Managed a major safety alert (total cost >3M€), drove the dedicated cross-functional project team including finance, supply chain, quality and safety. Created and launched the first Solutions training (Data Centers, Industrial application)

    2004 - 2009  Lead a team of 10 sales engineers and inside sales to deliver 12 M€ revenue.
     Managed change throughout the merger of APC & MGE UPS Sytems: realigned sales staff to work on APC installed base. Worked with business development and marketing teams to develop new offers.
     Turned around inside sales’ commercial efficiency with a 15% sales growth over 12 months. Focused on customer satisfaction, deployed a complaints call back process.

    2002 - 2004 Developed sales through all go to markets: electrical distributors, contractors and end users.
     Managed a team of 3 sales engineers and 7 field service engineers to generate 5 M€ revenue
