I have over 20 years of experience in leading strategy development and execution, sales and marketing management in an international context with activity in Europe, Russia, China, India and USA.

My track record includes achievement of significant growth in new markets and regions based on strategic analysis and market segmentation, development and implementation of tactical plans, leadership and coaching of local sales & marketing.

I have direct people management experience and I'm also used to operate in a matrix organization requiring "management by influence" skills.

I have also led the incubation and implementation of a joint venture in Russia that has resulted in the launch of a new manufacturing facility generating annual sales of EUR 25m.

My skills and functional strengths include my ability to operate fluently in diverse international contexts, strategy development, sales and marketing management, people management and coaching, implementation of affiliations.

I'm totally fluent in English and used to operate in an English speaking environment on a daily basis. I'm used and open to international travel.

    Canton 2004 - 2008 Direct management of a team of 6 people (Markets Managers, Marketing Analysts, Pricing and New Product Analysts), reporting to the President – Process Industries in the USA.
    Focus on wind energy and coal power generation markets with responsibilities similar to those in the position held since 2008.
    Specific focus on the global wind energy industry (creation and execution of a strategic plan) and the coal fired power plant markets (for both OE and aftermarket) in the USA, China and India.
