I am a multi-disciplinary IT consultant with 10 years of professional experience, during which I helped companies to execute critical IT missions across the Asia Pacific region.
Thanks to my dual competency IT (Master in Computer Sciences) and Business (MBA from IE Business School, Spain), I am able to understand complex IT ecosystems as well as diverse business environments. This enables me to deliver IT projects, interact and influence decision makers, and define IT strategies. Building on concrete leadership experience, I managed multicultural project teams (up to 20 persons), both on-shore and off-shore.
My main strength is my ability to communicate efficiently with decision makers and translate their business needs into practical solutions. I worked with various clients from a wide range of industries (Food & Beverage, Automotive, Telecommunication, Mining and Insurance).

  • BHP Billiton - Delivery Manager

    London 2014 - 2015 As SMS Consultant, I worked as Delivery Manager for BHP Billiton Global IT Branch. As such, I was accountable to deliver various projects (up to S$15m), using Agile methodology. I had the opportunity to lead large teams of IT experts and independent contractors. I am very proud of having successfully delivered two major releases of the service management platform used across the whole company (100,000 users for a budget of S$15m). On a separate occasion, I helped BHP Billiton to assess the financial benefits of an IT infrastructure project, and ultimately provided recommendations for future road maps.

  • SMS Management and Technology - Consultant

    2014 - maintenant SMS Management & Technology is a leading Asia-Pacific based consulting, technology and systems integration company.

    I am currently a multidisciplinary consultant at SMS Management and Technology. I provide both business and technical consulting capabilities to SMS clients. I worked extensively for BHP Billiton (Mining industry) and Manulife (Insurance Industry).

  • Arkadin - Singapore - Pre-Sale / Technical Consultant

    2008 - 2012 I was hired by Arkadin (global collaboration system provider) to be regional technology specialist. As such I managed critical projects and provided technology leadership for major deals involving regional telecommunication carriers (SingTel, NTT, Bharti Airtel, Chunghwa Telecom, and Telekom Malaysia). The most ambitious project I delivered was the deployment of a Voice-Over IP cloud and its supporting infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. I also had the opportunity to act as pre-sales consultant to help Arkadin answers complex RFPs for large financial institutions. Lastly, my ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders led me to become the main point of contact in the Asia Pacific region for the R&D team based in France.

  • Valeo - Ingenieur Reseau et Infrastructure

    Paris 2006 - 2008 • Virtualized the infrastructure (84K SGD investment in 2008 resulting in 67K SGD saving over three years).
    • Tackled IT costs by deploying creative solutions like recycling workstations into "Thin Station" (10K€ saving).
    • Coordinated the IT outsourcing team to improve end users’ experience and reduce incident resolution time.
    • Performed a two-months Internship in Bielsko-Biala, Poland (Deployment of a backup system).
