I supported the management defining & monitoring operational & strategic goals (Balanced Scorecard). I was responsible for the divisional Quality Management System & drove strategic improvement initiatives with a team of 7 people (direct/indirect). I was part of Red Teams to define & drive recovering plans for critical projects or sites. I contributed to the definition & the implementation of a global change & configuration management system.

    Scope: 20 sites worldwide, over 100 projects - approx. 2 billion revenue
    I developed & deployed the Project Gate Review process for the MLM organization. I performed over 30 Project Gate Reviews assessing the maturity of the major projects & advised the senior management (e.g. Go/NoGo Decision). I developed & deployed the Rolling Stock Value Chain & the associated Planning & Control Methodology (incl. handbook, communication material, training, etc.) with a team of 3 people. I supported the recovery of a critical project in the manufacturing and quality.

I managed a worldwide quality network. I support the definition & implementation of the Bombardier Operations system. I performed site Lean Manufacturing assessment.

    As part of a corporate quality program (route06), I led an international team of senior experts to re-design the overall Design Structure and System Installation process. We also develop & implement a quality & performance monitoring system (e.g. KPI, Quality Gates) to secure and improve project execution.
