As a consultant, my main focus is on total HR Consultancy.
I am responsible for all the assessment centres at my company and broaden day by day my experience in a generalistic approach of profiles (engineers, sales managers, sales directors, ...), but an individual style of reporting and approach to my contacts.
Next to that, I am focussing on diverse outplacement projects. I develop these projects and solely guide contacts to a great job in individual or collective routes.
My focus stays on recruitment and selection processes for mostly SMB-clients, but in total independency. I have an advisory role towards my clients and I am a professional advisor with a personal advise. I am being assisted by junior consultants for the recruitment tasks, but haven't lost the love to recruit on my own for particular profiles.
Finally, I'm responsible for day to day issues at the office: IT, dbases, procedures, ... and keep aiming for a constant evolution in and of the company.
