En résumé

I am following a 16 months apprenticeship in collaboration with the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP School) and Fuchs Lubricants. I am currently working on the different ways to stabilise soluble oil formulations for the cutting lubricants range.

I am seeking for a job in lubricants (automotive or industrial) or in fuels from the beginning of January 2016.

    2014 - maintenant - Development of new soluble oils and neat oils formulations for the cutting and rolling-mill lubricants ranges.

    - Stability study of soluble oils via design of expriments and other methods.

    - Realisation of approval tests for new formulations before industrial fabrication.

    - Work in collaboration with chemists and products managers.

  • OLEON - Chemist

    2014 - 2014 - Synthesis of a new friction modifier for diesel.

    - Evaluation of friction properties, oxydation stability and physical-chemical properties (desemulsibilityand desaeration) of compounds synthesised.

    - Writing reports of experiments.

  • LUBRIZOL, Hazelwood (UK) - Chemist

    Rouen 2012 - 2013 - Synthesis and process development of novel engine oil additives for heavy duty vehicles from 500mL to 10L of glassware.

    - Work in collaboration with analytical/performance testing departments in Hazelwood (UK)/Wickliffe (USA).

    - Interpretations of analytical result (NMR, viscosity test, color test, ICP, titrations, …).

    - Monthly presentation and report for group meeting in Hazelwood and each trimester in videoconference with the headquarter at Wickilffe (USA).

    - Work in collaboration with a senior chemist, a technology manager and another student in chemistry.
