    2000 - 2008 In charge of Process R&D and industrial support for the whole of the Group operations (worldwide).

    Industrial rationalization projects: products & process standardization, industrial transfers.

  • FILTRAUTO - Capital Equipment (Capex) buyer

    1998 - 2000 • Established and enforced the procedures for capital equipment purchasing and integration.
    • Implemented a worldwide panel of reliable subcontractors sought and evaluated according skill, experience and financial stature.
    • Elaborated or evaluated the technical specifications for production equipment and test rigs - in liaise with Process Engineering.
    • Analysed offers, managed technico-economical negociations, elaborated international purchase contracts.
    • Secured budgets and time schedules of investment programs.

  • ATELEC, Angers (49) - Electrical department manager - Automation & electronics

    1986 - 1998 Activity: design, manudfacture & commissioning of production and test equipment: special purpose machines, assembly lines and test rigs.

    Customers: auto industry, professional & general electronics, household equipment, nuclear industry, in France and Eastern Europe.

    Missions: management of a team of 9 project leaders in automation, electronics and industrial control software.
    • Steered company’s big turnkey projects, including installation and commissioning in France and abroad.
    • Implemented Quality System tools in order to minimize risks as from design phase, and to improve quality in construction and tests phases.

  • THOMSON LCC, Dijon (21) - Electronics engineer

    1984 - 1986 Activity: production of multi-layer ceramic capacitors.

    Missions: in charge of the in-line testers automation.
    • Elaborated technical specifications, developed instruments control software and designed signal processing electronic interfaces

  • Centre d’Electronique de l’Armement (CELAR), Bruz (35) - Military Scientist during National Service

    1982 - 1983 Activity: Electronic weapons and warfare development Centre - French Defence
    Mission: designed and implemented a control computer for a Universal Time - Cesium timer.
