En résumé

When I chose the automotive industry years ago, my decision was definitively inspired by this demanding industry, where I could express my taste for challenge, use my creativity and work in collaborative mode. I also considered that all the experience gained in that challenging sector could benefit later on to other growing industries like green energies, or aeronautics for instance.
My career has been so far pretty rewarding, starting as an R&D engineer, then moving to exciting program management, continuing with inspiring strategic marketing where I had the privilege to become member of the Executive Committee for the first time, and now managing my development team as Program Director.
I feel proud of my achievements: I managed to express my different abilities in team management, in sales development, in complex analysis or in executive decision processes. Open-minded, I like working with different cultures and profiles, bring my team to a high level of achievement, and share my vision with my peers of the Executive Committee.
