    - Analysed market data from panels and applied a marketing mix strategy (6Ps) to launch six new products in 2016.
    - Organised training with subsidiaries to present my market analysis (Segmentation, Value and Quantity Evolutions, Geomarketing, Price positioning, Products…) and build a selling strategy customised for every European country.   • World Sejour - Président Directeur Général

    2012 - 2014 Start-up providing a social network dedicated to travellers. Aiming to provide travellers a website to share experiences and trip pictures.

    - Supplier relationship management, negotiated prices (obtained a mobile application) and terms of payment.
    - Communicating strategy, started a digital communication on social networks and created exchanges between Paris, France and San Diego, California to develop our visibility.
    - Planned investments and worked with independent accountant to build the company and set up status between the three shareholders of the company and reduce taxes by 20%.
    - Created and structured a website and worked closely with an informatics company to prepare computer servers before they could code a database and built the website.
