J'ai crée ma société, PASSION COACH, le 1er Mars 2017.
C'est un jour magique pour moi... le jour où j'ai transformé mon rêve en réalité !

    1/ European Visual Marketing Manager:
    - Set up and Managed the European Visual Merchandising (VM) team
    - 13 persons of 5 different nationalities managed, among which 1 Manager and 3 Coordinators
    - Trained the VM in cooperation with their direct Manager: theoretical and on-site training (store openings, trade shows, sales meetings). Sharing of competences and developing team spirit.
    - Trained 20 Floor Managers to the techniques of Merchandising: Russia
    - Created and supervised production of a new booth for International Trade Shows. Superficy: 480 sqms, budget : 450 K€.
    - Fixtures & POP buys and stock management. Stock value: 800 K€
    - Budget Management and spending optimisation

    2/ European Event Manager:
    - 2 coordinators hired, trained and managed
    - Organisation of international sales meetings: 2 meetings a year; held over 4 days in different European countries: Finland, Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden, Czech Rep., Switzerland; 230 participants. Budget : 400 K€ per meeting.
    - 20 persons managed on-site during 10 days
    - Organisation of European Trade Shows held in Germany (ISPO, Outdoor Show)
