• Budget logistique 2 millions Euros et transport de 2.6 millions Euros
• Gestion des sous-traitants sur 3 entrepôts: qualité des préparations, délais, gestion du délestage en période de pointe, copacking
• Projet de réorganisation logistique: changement d'entrepositaire, appel d’offre, centralisation sur un entrepôt unique avec un nouveau prestataire
• Refonte du réseau transport et réorganisation des transporteurs, amélioration de rentabilité des lignes : diminution de 20% du budget transport
• Passage au Franco d’un partie des enseignes de la grande distribution
