  - Installation of a new sleever machine on our aseptic line -> Budget = 1 M€
  - Installation of 4 printers to print BBE on pack on our PET aspetic line -> 100 K€
  - Installation of laser printer to print BBE on PET bottles -> 100 K€
  - Manage team and international suppliers for retrofit on production lines equipments (New packagings, new parts of machines, software modification...)
  - Project manager of the "G4 compliancy" improvement on our 2 production PET lines (Included one aseptic line)
  - Project manager of the Lock Out Tag Out project for the socx's factory
  
  Using SAP PM to check spares parts onsite or to finalize investment project charter.

  - Establishment of specifications books
  - Consultation of suppliers
  - Acceptance of new machines and new products
  - Management of the project teams (CCEP's workers and subcontractors)
  - Management of the safety, quality and hygien rules
  - Writing of the investment project charter

• Coca-Cola Production, Socx, France - Asset care manager of "PET"​ production line

  2017 - 2017 Assignment as maintenance manager of the PET line.
  This line includes the process for blowing up the PET preform until the placing on pallets.
  
  PET bottles lines with Safety target first but also with the following targets :
  o Mechnaical efficiency = 80%
  o Quality reject < 0,1%
  Preparation of the annual maintenance
  Working with all departements (Safety, quality, Production, environment…)
  Continuous improvment of the equipment of the lines
  Insure the actions and responsabilities of the asset care planner and the production manager during their off periods
  
  
  On the same time i am manager of the LOTO deployment on this line.

  2016 - 2017 Master thesis project as project manager :
  - Reorganization of the stock areas and the flows in a workshop -> Budget = 300 k€

  Establishment of the 6 years plan of the two cans lines.
