Since mid 2008 I have the chance to lead our European Supply chain planning teams for Staples Direct Catalogue and Contract business (more than 2 billion € business.
Working in an internationnal environnement in close relation with the home office in Boston, I develop and optimize in my area, the Organisation, the Processes and the systems. with the clear objective to make Staples Europe Supply Chain a competitive advantage, creating shareholder value.
Working in close collaboration with the Executive European management team of Staples, I drive the results in term of Turns and Customer service for our Delivery Business units.
I act as business "Champion" for the Black Belts projects in my area. Lean Six Sigma methodology is a strong enabler for problem solving and long term improvement.
I'm very much results oriented, i don't like to lose ... when someone give me a challenge I rarely say no ! even if sometimes it can be mission impossible ... keep my fingers crossed ... at the moment it goes well! :-)
For me people are key. they are the real key of our successes the organisation comes for me before systems.

I love to face complex situations and challenges, and bring people to a common understanding being able to split the problem in small pieces and identify the key root causes with the team.
