Compensation Analyst: From March 2003 to June 2005
• Ensured the implementation of the TRI program launched in 2003: I was in charge of the participation to the Watson Wyatt salary surveys for 18 European countries: definition of the new European classification, the new MPGs…
• Provided all the compensation information and guidance to the HRMs, Managers and US counter parts.
• Participated to the salary budget determination by searching market information (economical health by country, inflation, growth, forecasted salary increases) and by analysing the need of adjustments by division and country
• Participated to the compensation planning tool specification reviews and undertook all tests requested by the MIS support team in the US.
• Identified as the point of contact for all the questions and issues faced during the compensation planning process
• Trains the new managers on the compensation planning tool and the performance management database through Managing At Millipore
Expatriation Administrator: From March 2003 to June 2005
• Ensured a qualitative implementation of expatriate contracts in Europe and an efficient coordination with expatriates, families, HRMs and assistants in Europe. Ensured quality of services of the relocation company
