  Job description
  
  - In charge of the safety of all the activities on industrial construction site safety as well as the safety of the personnel local & expatriates working on site, and the inspection of all the equipments used on site.
  - Assist all the safety meeting and following up all work activities equipment installations also all the lifting and hoist operations done safely.
  - Conducting induction courses for locals & expatriates.
  - Conducting lifting & scaffolding courses. ;
  - Assisting civil & mechanical works activities to be carried out safely
  - Daily site monitoring and inspection of all equipments and intervene to any unsafe acts and unsafe condition found at site.
  - Provide leadership to all HSE Sub contractors and implement 100% full compliance to HSE standard and procedures to attain its objectives.
  - Investigate Accident/Incident including Near Misses and make report and corrective action to avoid from recurrence.
  - Participate in weekly site inspection with Construction and HSE personnel.
  - Review Method of Statements, Risk Assessments and J.S.A. to ensure the documents is specific to the task. Additional Information
