Main activities developed:
Established contacts with police and military authorities in Angola.
Elaboration of Security Inductions for expatriates;
Elaboration of security survey of Luanda, Ambriz and Soyo;
Elaboration of map dangerous areas;
Direct control and supervision of the security companies working for Saipem;
Organization of all the process to request the Angolan driving licence for all the expatriates in Angola;
Selection of new security companies;
Elaboration of Security cost monitoring reports;
Recruitment and selection of expatriate Security Coordinators;
Elaboration of several Onshore security plans;
Elaboration of several Offshore security plans;
Responsible for 2 expatriates project security coordinators, 4 security supervisors and 310 security guards.
