Thanks to languages abilities (French, English, Spanish) and natural background succeed in linking and adapting to large range of nationalities. These abilities helped management to put in place an efficient relationship with Customer in France and abroad. Till 2002, in charge of the main Meeting organization for Middle East Africa for Regional Managment Group: the Performance Days, Environment Days, Excom Specials Events which have permitted to meet from several types of technicians in Plant to the most of Important Regional Manager of Each Area and so had the opportunities to visit, to learn from 14 Plants, 2 Grinding Stations and 9 quarries in Europe and worldwide.
