  • Johnson Controls Automotive - Industrailisation & project Manager

    Colombes 2008 - 2011 Project Manager in Johnson Controls Tunisia (Electronic automotive industry, QMS certified ISO TS 16949), in charge of the new automotive project production lines industrialization for both Tunisian and Chinese manufacturing plants in coordination with R&D centers in Paris and Sofia.
    The main products are navigation and display information system for Renault-Nissan, Peugeot-Citroen, BMW and GM group.
    The aim is to ensure the project startup with total compliancy with dedicated budget, quality and timelines.

    2007 - 2008 Quality Director on Faurecia Tunisia (seating automotive industry, QMS certified ISO TS 16949).main outcomes:
    The target achieved during this period:
    • Drastic Quality Result improvement: from 745 PPM (Part Per Million) in January 07 to 150 PPM in April 08. (Target: 200 PPM).
    • Improvement of customer satisfaction ratio from 65% to 82% (Target: 75%)
    • Renewal of ISO TS 16949 Vs 2002 Certification (SGS certification) on March 07 and success on ISO TS follow up audit on March 08 and on internal audit
    • Establishing of the “Quality thinking” in production team by the implementation of quality basics, quality issues solving (QRC…)
