This project launched by the GHRD will build the group job classification and the baseline for the subsidiaries salaries grid (by salary survey and the salary scale principles for range spread, time to market, range overlapping, salary increase criteria by merit matrix, etc.) and variable pay (annual bonuses criteria according to each subsidiary business life cycle).
Remuneration review project leader for BGFIBank Gabon (job evaluation and classification, salary structure design and budgeting, variable pay redesign, performance alignment redesign, mobility and career paths, Communication with the project team, the management, and the workforce.
This project which allowed the subsidiary to improve workforce satisfaction in compensation regards results in a very good feedback from employees regarding bonus criteria. The HR Direction received congratulations from the managing Director in this regard and enhanced it credibility among the workforce.
