? Guarantee HVAC aspects of construction, in compliance with detail engineering, contracts, schedule, and safety practices.
? Endorse the EPC contractor construction deliverables, check they comply with Project requirements and standards
? Ensure quality and compliance OPERCOM and ICAPS tools during all phase (Onshore / Offshore) of pre- commissioning and Commissioning activities.
TOTAL / YEMEN LNG PROJECT

2007 - 2010A project commissioned by YEMGAS FZCO on behalf of Yemen LNG Ltd (YLNG)
New plant located on the Arabian Gulf port of Balhaf (southern coast of Yemen)
Two LNG liquefaction trains capable of delivering a total of 6.7 million tons of LNG per year.
? Guarantee the HVAC and Electrical related to HVAC aspects of construction for LNG plant, in compliance with detail engineering, contracts, schedule, and safety practices.
? Avoid Contractor stand by / delay by answering quickly to site queries and unexpected technical site problems.
Oversee rectification of punch list items, and completion of on site tests relevant to Pre-commissioning.
? Influence Contractors working on site to ensure that YLNG standards area maintained in respect to HSE. Maintain up to date appreciation of HSE requirements through participation to on site HSE training.
? Monitor the packages erection and interfaces:
? Monitor the progress
? Guarantee the technical decisions taken during project execution.
? Comment the acceptability of the deviation / relaxation or clarification requested on site by Contractors.
? Assist as appropriate the other YLNG Specialists
? Attend to the Technical discipline meeting with Contractor as and when required, with YLNG Specialists
? Endorse the EPC contractor construction deliverables, check they comply with Project requirements and standards
? Contribute to smooth completion before hand over to Operation team
? Ensure proper reporting, highlight the critical issues to Head of Specialists, and propose remedial actions as necessary.
? Assist the Company QA/QC department, Head of Specialist to build and maintain a professional and constructive relationship with the EPC Contractor.
? Contribute to improving the project lessons learnt and staff capability within the YLNG projects
? Contribute to the advancement of working methods and tools within his speciality through the ongoing Company projects.
? Monitor the YLNG Master Documentation and up-date it accordingly with DCC.
