You are on the profile of Sandra ROMBI, a French expat who arrived in Amsterdam in 2012. Attracted by the international culture I took a job opportunity 2 days after graduating my Master II in Business in Finance. Curious about life and sectors I worked in Bank, Health, Shopfitting, CHR, Nuclear sectors. Dealing with People (Clients, Colleagues) is my way to work and it's the reason why I wake up every day.

    2017 - maintenant SilverFit est une société visant à améliorer la vie quotidienne des personnes âgées et les personnes ayant soufferts d'AVC.

    Grâce à des systèmes intéractifs développés sous forme de jeux, SilverFit a su séduire les professionnels de la santé présents dans les EHPADS, les Résidences séniorales ainsi que dans les cliniques de soins de suite. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec des Psychomotriciens, Ergothérapeutes, Kinésithérapeutes, Psychologues, Orthophonistes, Aides-soignants, Chercheurs, Personnels de la santé afin de trouver les meilleures solutions pour ralentir le processus de dégénerescence. Sa présence dans 19 pays permet à nos partenaires d'avoir un aperçu des pratiques à l'international lors de notre évenement annuel "échange international".

    En tant que Responsable du marché Français, mon rôle est de comprendre le fonctionnement de votre établissement et y incorporer les meilleures solutions pour vos patients. Notre concept étant basé sur le TNM, Traitement Non Médicamenteux, il motive et rassure les personnes ayant des diagnostics plus ou moins avancés.
    Notre but ultime étant de collaborer avec les professionnels de la santé pour améliorer le quotidien des patients souffrant d'un handicap physique (amputation, trouble de l'équilibre, la maladie de Parkinson, problème de déglutition) et/ou d'un handicap cognitif (démence, psychose, la maladie de Huntington).

  • Thomas Thor Associates - Key Account Manager

    2015 - 2017 After 2,5 years in Thomas Thor, headhunting company 100% dedicated in the nuclear sector for permanent/full-time and freelance/contract jobs. I am happy to become a Senior Account Consultant. My role is based on these main activities:
    - Account Management
    - Build strategy with Clients in order to get results
    - Have a global approach in the recruitment process'

    2013 - 2015 Since I started in Thomas Thor I take care of:
    Clients: prospection, business development and CRM
    Candidates: headhunting, relationship management, support them to find the best opportunity in the nuclear market
    Events: participation of international nuclear events
  • Vermes - Sales assistant

    2012 - 2013 During 6 months working in Vermes I was in charge:
    - CRM: make sure that Clients were satisfied by our products and services
    - After Sales Request: analysis of defect products and take the decision about replacing it. Improvement of the internal process
    - Events: organisation and promotion of events in CHR in France. Mailshot, phoning and organise meeting at the stand
  • Hermès-Métal - Project manager

    2010 - 2012 Doing my intership in Hermes Metal, part of the group HMY was very rich.
    - Audit: analysis of the P&L of the exploitation for Hermès Métal France part in terms of figures and sales approaches.
    - International audit: analysis of processes in place in all subsidiaries of the group HMY (Scotland, UK, Turkey, China, Spain, France) and suggestions about the best way to improve and universalise process
    - Analysis of the Chinese subsidiary: as Europe and China have different ways to organize/manage a business. I supported the Sales Director to introduce European process in China through power point presentation, phone calls with BU Managers and meetings with board members
    - Event in Germany: participation of the Euroshop trade show (the biggest of the world in the shopfitting market). I adviced clients/prospects about HMY products, services, institutional informations.
  • LABOCAST - Commerciale terrain

    Lyon 2009 - 2010 For 1 year I needed to develop the market in Paris and regions: 91, 92, 75
    - Prospection by phone and face-to-face,
    - Management of customer business
    - Follow up of invoicing
    - Organisation and participation to events (ADF, salons du secteur de la santé)
