Strasbourg2009 - maintenantIn the framework of the Directorate of Democratic Governance, oversees the implementation of an updated information and communication strategy with special concern for building and transferring knowledge, and advises Director, Heads of Department and Division, administrators, web masters and other staff on issues of information and communication including web-based applications, document management and publications, internal and external communication, major events, and related issues.
- Contributes to the development of the web-based information and monitoring tools of the Directorate,
- Provides information and research to support work of the Directorate and the implementation of its work programme, and communicates information on the Directorate's activities to stakeholders, external partners and the general public.
