    Marne-la-Vallée 2014 - maintenant According to the business strategy, drive the procurement and the inventory management of a portfolio of products, for the overall shops and logistics platforms.
     Daily dealing with the European suppliers and sourcing offices in Asia to handle products orders and on-time shipments. Negotiate MOQ/MOV for orders to track the global stock value and meet the budget. Responsible for a yearly budget of 2.7 million CHF.
     Contribute to the improvement of the logistical productiveness of the platforms and of the shops' warehouses and make sure about the consistency between the quantitative need for products and the buying/procurement conditions which have already been bargained.
     Track, analyze and update the Swiss market demand for each SKU under my responsibility.
