• API development: Up scaling under cGMP: Route selection, optimization, pilot production, validation, DMF, CEP…
• Process Chemist for several projects : API and regulated/non-regulated intermediates, new chemical entity and generic, route selection or technology transfers from customer and trouble shooting in production.
• Project cross-functional teams including several process chemists, QA, QC, Production (Flow sheet...), SHE (Calculation of reaction heats...), sourcing and logistic representatives.
• Evaluation of RFP, cost calculations.
• Formations of production operators before the start of the first batches.
• Management of a technician.
