As a member of the regional (EMEA) Center of Expertise on ALM / RunSAP of SAP Active Global Support, I was in charge of the delivery of SAP support services to the MaxAttention customers, such as ALM Roadmap services, 360° reviews and TFC.
I was also involved in the realization of Proof-of-Values for customers, and participated to the creation of support services.
