Overall objective/accountability

J'appartiens à la division "R&D technologique - programmes scientifiques et innovation" qui a pour mission d'apporter tous les outils nécessaires à l'innovation sur le long terme.
J'ai un rôle d'expert sur toutes les techniques d'analyses R&D existantes : j'ai avant tout une forte compétence sur l'analyse sensorielle mais je suis également compétent sur toutes les techniques d'analyses, depuis la texturomètrie à la RMN en passant par la rhéologie, la chromatographie, etc.
Ces techniques nous permettent de caractériser et comprendre nos produits, nos process et nos packaging.

* Marie Surgelés, spécialisée dans la fabrication de plats cuisinés surgelés à marque Marie et MDD (poissons en sauce, pizzas, tartes salées, plats cuisinés, etc.);
* Marie Frais, spécialisée dans la fabrication de plats cuisinés frais vendus au rayon traiteur sous la marque Marie et MDD ;
* St Hubert, société spécialisée dans la fabrication de margarine à marques omega, ilô, St hubert 41, le fleurier, tournolive, etc.
J'ai mis en place le service d'analyse sensorielle et développé ses activités pour les trois sociétés. Mon rôle est transversal et me permet de participer à de multiples missions (R&D, Marketing, Achats, Qualité et Production) dans lesquelles j'intervient sur la partie études et statistiques. J'apporte rigueur et méthodologie dans les divers projets auxquels je participe.
